Subject:  Sensit Technologies Price Increase Due to Impact of Tariffs

We hope this letter finds you well. We would like to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for your continued trust in SENSIT products and services. Our purpose as a company is to protect life, property and the environment from hazardous gases. We dedicate ourselves to understanding and solving gas leak detection challenges and always want to work closely with you to help find gas leaks faster.

Throughout our 40-year history, we have manufactured our products domestically in Indiana as part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining short delivery lead times and the highest standards of service in our industry. While we favor domestic suppliers to support our manufacturing, there are some parts in which we have no option. Additionally, our domestic suppliers will often utilize materials sourced from overseas.

We have absorbed the following price increases, among others, from our suppliers so far in 2025 and have now determined that a price adjustment is necessary due to lagging tariff impacts and general inflation:

• Electronic Components: 10-55% increase
• Batteries: 11% increase
• Pump Assemblies: 6.5% increase
• Plastic Moldings: 15% increase
• Screws & Fasteners: 13-20% increase

Effective 1st August, our product pricing will increase by approximately 5.2% across the portfolio. We understand that any change in pricing can be challenging, and we want to assure you that this change is now unavoidable for us to continue delivering the quality of products and service you expect and deserve.
