Tariff Price Reduction Q&A:

Q: What did Honeywell do to reduce the impact of the tariffs?

A: Honeywell implemented multiple approaches to mitigate the impact of tariffs on the RAE portfolio. Our actions included relocating manufacturing on some products and working with the US Government on tariff exemptions for others.

Q: The tariff price increase was 12.5% why are you only decreasing price by 8%?

A: We are passing on a majority of our cost savings back to our customers. Other inflationary pressures incurred while mitigating these costs are accounted for in our price reduction.

Q: I put in an order recently can I get a credit for the difference?

A: The price decrease is only applicable to orders as of the effective date of the decrease. We will not be offering credits for orders placed previously as these would have been quoted out using the tariff list pricing.

Q: What products are not subject to the price decrease?

A: Broadly speaking, any product that was subject to the price increase will see a price decrease. The exceptions are ToxiRAE 3 and the AutoRAE lite for ToxiRAE 3 as there have been no cost mitigation activities on these products.

There were other products that were not subject to the tariff increases, such as the FMC-2000, laptops, tubes, and other non China products, that will not see a decrease as those prices were not increased.
