The SDM-04 is a versatile maintenance tool that automates the service of an 04 Series Personal Gas Monitor.

This docking station can be used as a stand alone device for charging, calibration and bump testing, with all records stored automatically for future upload to a PC via USB flash drive (PC software and flash drive included).
           

The SDM-04 can also be connected to a PC for automated calibration bump testing and archiving of datalog data from an 04 Series personal gas monitor.

Up to ten SDM-04 docking stations can be connected to the same gas cylinder to minimize the need for more hardware.

SDM-04 docking stations are compatible with HS-04, CO-04, OX-04, and CX-04 in addition to all SC-04 models for toxic gases (a specific version is required for SC-04 calibration).

When using SC-04 instruments on the SDM-04 calibration station, the position of the calibration cylinder is different than the standard 04 Series models. As a result, an SDM-04 with any SC-04 requires a different part #. 

Note: SC-04-CL2 instruments are not compatible with the SDM-04 calibration stations. Calibration kits are offered as an alternative.
