Temporary Shipment Disruption – Juárez Manufacturing Facility

Dear Valued Partners,

This notice provides advance visibility into a planned system transition at our portable gas detection manufacturing facility in Juárez, Mexico, which will temporarily impact shipment processing.
From Friday, July 24, 2026, through Monday, August 3, 2026, the facility will be unable to process outbound
physical shipments while this transition is completed. Normal shipping operations are currently expected to resume on August 3, 2026. Please note that this timeline is based on current expectations and remains subject to change.

To help mitigate potential disruption, we are proactively building inventory at our regional distribution centers:
• El Paso, Texas (serving the U.S. and South America)
• Calgary, Alberta (serving Canada)

While we are taking these steps to support continuity, we strongly encourage advance order placement to support continuity for your needs and those of your customers.
