Extended Ship Times

Regions Affected: NORTH AMERICA

Dear Customers and Colleagues,

This notice is provided to inform you of extended lead times in shipping of the “301” series of products due to supplier component shortages.

The current lead time is approximately four weeks for all new orders. Please place new orders as soon as possible.

The affected products include:

 301-C Controllers

 301-EM

 301-IRFS

Existing orders will be fulfilled on a first-come first-served basis. If you have submitted an order for one of these products along with other items, and would like a partial shipment of the other products, please contact Customer Service at 800-538-0363.
