End of Support Announcement

Dear Customers and Distribution Partners:

At Honeywell Analytics, we’re constantly evaluating and updating our product line to meet the evolving gas detection needs of customers around the world. In some cases, this means discontinuing an offering and focusing our efforts on others.

As you are aware, the 2G PID line of products had an End of Sale date of April 2010. This notification is to confirm the End of Support date for these specific products:

• MiniRAE 2000
• ppbRAE Plus
• UltraRAE

End of Service and Support

The 2G PID line of detectors has been replaced with the following 3G PID line of detectors.

Alternative Offering
We will continue to support these products with warranty replacement parts, or an equivalent product replacement, until April 30, 2015. Service teams will continue to provide support and repair during this time.

• MiniRAE 3000 (Model PGM-7320)
• ppbRAE 3000 (Model PGM-7340)
• UltraRAE 3000 (Model PGM-7360)
