Re: Notice of Tariff Impact for products (“Products”) supplied by Calgaz Gasco under applicable product sale agreements and/or purchase orders (collectively, the “Agreements”)

Dear Valued Customer,

We are collaborating closely with our suppliers to minimize any effects of government tariffs, which are now in effect. Many of the products you currently purchase are manufactured or produced here in the United States.

However, the tariffs are impacting raw material costs for the Products which Calgaz Gasco supplies to you under our Agreements. Therefore, all calibration gas cylinders and related equipment will be subject to the additional costs in form of a tax of 2.5% per product as will be shown on invoices effective May 5, 2025.
Please be assured that Calgaz Gasco will diligently monitor this situation and consistently seek ways to mitigate increases where possible.
