E3 Point is a toxic and combustible gas monitor which allows a commercial operation to run more intelligently in order to protect people, property and an organization's bottom line.  This Honeywell gas monitor goes beyond protection to increase energy management, efficiency and economical value. 

E3 Point detects the widest range of toxic and combustible gases found in commercial building spaces and outbuildings, including carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), oxygen (O2), hydrogen (H2), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), methane (CH4) and propane (C3H8). It is a networkable product with BACnet, Lonworks and other building automation systems and only works with the 301C and 301W Controllers.

E3 Point uses Demand Control Ventilation—through relays, Building Automation System (BAS) or controller—to increase energy savings, extend fan life and align with green building best practices. In its network configuration, E3 Point also optimizes HVAC, fire/smoke, surveillance and other building systems performance.

Smart design decreases the product's cost while increasing flexibility of application. Smart sensors are pre-calibrated, can be auto-configured upon set-up and operate continuously on patented Reflex^© technology which constantly monitors sensor cell condition and alerts user to fault status. The plug-n-play sensor cartridge, user-friendly menu and wiring options simplify installation and maintenance and reduce the cost of gas monitoring over the life of the unit.
